Im not receiving the download email

Check spam folder, ensure your inbox isnt full, and verify your email in Profile. You can always re-download from your account.

Can I get a refund?

Please read our Refund Policy. If your download is corrupted or product not as described, well help resolve or refund as per policy.

Where is my invoice/GST bill?

Invoices are available in Profile 3E Orders. For GST details, ensure youve added your GSTIN before purchase.
